- Short interviews, reflections or inform

- Short interviews, reflections or informal testimonials
- Vertical video suitable for Instagram Reels and other social content
- Content highlighting the retreat property, Emerald Coast setting and overall experience
- Moments that help tell the broader story of Women of Aquatics
The goal is not to spend the entire retreat behind a camera. You are part of the experience, too.
WOA will continue to have a professional photographer onsite for formal photography, including professional headshots and group photos. The Storytelling Ambassador will complement that work by capturing the candid moments that happen throughout the retreat.

WOA will cover approved travel expenses to and from the retreat.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong creative eye and natural storytelling instincts
- Is comfortable capturing both photo and video content
- Understands social media and short-form content

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong creative eye and natural storytelling instincts
- Is comfortable capturing both photo and video content
- Understands social media and short-form content
- Notices authentic moments rather than relying only on posed content
- Is comfortable engaging with people in a professional and welcoming environment
- Can be present for the full retreat, October 23–26
- Is dependable, thoughtful and respectful of the people being photographed or filmed
- Is excited about the mission and community of Women of Aquatics
- Can share examples of previous creative work, whether professional, academic or personal
Applicants who are 21 or older are preferred, although exceptional applicants outside that range may still be considered.
Experience or interest in aquatics, environmental science, natural resources, communications or a related field is a plus, but it is not required.
