An opportunity was identified to create a network that would support the professional women active in the historically under represented field of aquatics, as well as to encourage students and younger women 

beginning their careers. 

The opportunity for this organization was seen as a vehicle to not only encourage women to continue participating in a male dominated field, 

but also to increase their involvement to enhance their professional life, 

provide advancement opportunities, and achieve personal fulfillment.

 Together we promote all women of aquatics, 

now and in the future, through inspiration and support
